Co-ed practices are held at the outdoors Helix High School pool on Saturday mornings from 10 a.m. to 11:30. To make sure you know when and where we're practicing, make sure you get on the Cygnets e-mail list.
Our coach goes over the basics, including: conditioning; strategies; ball handling; and water polo drills. If enough people are at practice, we scrimmage, even if the scrimmages are 4-on-4. Individuals of every skill level are welcome, as long as they can swim.
Water polo balls and caps are provided. Bring your swimsuit and goggles.
Dues are $5 per practice, payable to Christina. Currently, DSST swim team members do not have to pay the $5 polo fee. Please consider purchasing a set of 8 practices in advance for a $35 fee.
